Additionally, Azerexpresspost was awarded the Customer Care Award 2024 for its exceptional use of the UPU’s international customer service platform (i-Care), underscoring the company’s focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction across global delivery networks. Only a select group of postal operators worldwide achieved this dual recognition.

Both awards will be formally presented at the upcoming EMS Cooperative Extraordinary General Assembly in Dubai, on September 7, 2025, held in conjunction with the 28th Universal Postal Congress.
