| 28.04.2010 Chief of EMS Azerexpresspost E.Tagiyev's business trip to Bern E.Tagiyev, chief of EMS Azerexpresspost represented the Azerbaijan Postal Administration participating at the regular meeting of the General Assembly of the EMS Cooperative of the Universal Postal Union held in Bern, Switzerland on April 15-16, 2010. The representatives from more than 120 countries participated at the General Assembly. The agenda of the Assembly included 17 issues. These issues dealt with the performance results in Global EMS network in 2009, the 2010 budget, the EMS standards, a multilateral agreements, the Pay-for-Performance Plan, award criteria, 2009-2010 business plan, amendmends to the Statuates and others. There was a report on each issue, large discussions on the base of it and relevant decisions have been accepted concerning these issues. E.Tagiyev took an active part at the discussions and noted the position of Azerexpresspost to the participants of the Assembly. At the end of the meeting Eduard Dayan, General Director of the International Bureau solemnly presented the gold level certification achieved according to the results of 2009 to E.Tagiyev and stressed that Azerexpresspost - the EMS operator of Azerbaijan was the first among the EMS operators from more than 190 countries. |

The certificate presentation ceremony will be held at the EMS Cooperative General Assembly in Bern, Switzerland on April 15-16, 2010. |
